As part of my solopreneur-ship I spent a considerable amount of time in teaching and mentoring both students and early-stage professionals. I am proud to say that, I have trained close to 5000 students in C programming, 500 students in Web Application Development and mentored close to 100 early-stage professionals in Web Application Development.

During my software development career, I have been part of development of 10+ Learning Management Systems. From completely self-paced online courses to complete live classes led by instructors.

These two experiences gave me a deep understanding of online learning and mentoring. I am in process of building an online learning system that is a distillation of the best practices I learnt over the years. The product is near to its completion and is deployed at Gurujada.
